By purchasing Yarnist Sweater Camp (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The seller is Yarn Nation Media, LLC (California, USA) (“Yarnist,” “we,” “us”). “Session start date” means the cohort start date displayed on the checkout page.

1) Access + Personal Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Program and materials. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any Program content.

2) Refund Policy (21-Day Window)

You may request a refund within 21 days of your session start date. To request a refund, email hello@yarnist.co

3) Pause Option

You may request a Pause within 28 days of your session start date by emailing hello@yarnist.co
. During a Pause, your access to the Program and materials will be revoked. You may return and rejoin a future cohort within 1 year of your session start date.

4) Payment Plans + Missed Payments

If you miss a payment on a payment plan, you have 7 days to catch up. After 7 days, your access to the Program and materials will be revoked until payment is brought current. Once payment is made, access will be restored, but no additional access time will be added for time lost due to missed payments.

5) Sweater Success Guarantee

Your purchase includes a “Sweater Success Guarantee,” which includes continued help via email after the initial 90 days (email hello@yarnist.co
). This guarantee does not change the refund terms above.

6) Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our community guidelines. Failure to abide by guidelines may result in removal from the Program and/or community spaces without refund, except where we choose to provide one at our sole discretion.

7) Chargebacks/Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access to the Program and materials while the dispute is pending.
